海马区雌激素受体表达与妊娠期抑郁倾向的关系 被引量:5

Relation of Behavioral Score Changes to the Expression of Estrogen Receptor Subtypes in the Hippocampal Area of Antepartum Rats

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期抑郁倾向与脑内海马区两种雌激素受体亚型(ER-α,ER-β)表达的关系。方法选择各项指标相近的雌鼠40只,分别在妊娠前及妊娠15d进行行为学评分,根据行为学评分将大鼠分成实验组及对照组,采用免疫组化S-P法观察2组大鼠脑内海马区ER-α、ER-β的表达有无统计学差异。结果与妊娠前比较,全部40只大鼠妊娠后行为学评分下降明显(P<0.01),且其下降水平与脑内ER水平相关(ER-α,r=-0.37,P=0.019;ER-β,r=-0.60,P=0.0004),实验组大鼠大脑海马区两种雌激素受体亚型表达与对照组有明显统计学差异(ER-α,P<0.05,ER-β,P<0.01)。结论妊娠期大脑海马区雌激素受体表达下降可能是妊娠期抑郁发病率增加的原因之一。 Objective To study the relation of estrogen receptor subtypes estrogen receptor-α(ER-α)and ER-β expression in hippocampal area to the antepartum depression of the rats. Methods We conducted behavioral assessment of 40 pregnant rats that bred under normal condition,prior pregnancy and on day 15 of the gestational period.
