摘要
选用强筋小麦品种烟农19,于江苏淮北的铜山和赣榆2地研究了5种播种方式(稻田撒播套种、稻茬撒播旋耕、稻茬免耕机条播、稻茬撒播压板、旱茬机条播)对强筋小麦籽粒产量、营养品质与加工品质的影响。结果表明:不同播种方式的小麦籽粒营养品质、加工品质和籽粒产量存在差异;适宜播期条件下,旱地机条播和稻茬撒播小麦的产量、蛋白质含量显著高于稻田套播小麦,淀粉含量低于稻田套播小麦;稻田套播小麦籽粒蛋白质含量低主要是由于醇溶蛋白含量和谷蛋白含量显著低于旱地机条播和稻茬撒播所致。适期播种的稻田套播小麦产量、蛋白质含量与晚播常规播种小麦差异不显著,但显著高于播期过晚的常规播种小麦,湿面筋含量、面团稳定时间低于或略低于晚播的常规播种小麦,面团吸水率、形成时间和弱化度高于其他播种方式。
