摘要
警察作为职业倦怠的高发人群,心理问题成为困扰民警的大问题。文章通过对警察职业倦怠现象的分析,运用团体心理辅导的策略对基层民警的职业倦怠进行有效的团体干预。
As the high-risk population of job burnout,the police s mental problems become the big problems plagued them.Through analyzing the phenomenon of the police s job burnout,the strategy of group guidance is used to carry on the effective group intervention to grassroots police s job burnout.
