摘要
以黄姜为主要对象研究了薯蓣皂甙元的定量测定方法.以乙酸酐与浓硫酸以19:1(体积比)为显色剂,CHCl3为溶剂,使皂甙元显色,用分光光度计在波长为 397 nm处测定薯蓣皂甙元的含量.从植物中提取的皂甙元不需分离可直接测定,在1-50mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.
Plant being the main substance, the method of measuring the fixed quantity of diosgenin is studied. The developing agent being acetic acid anhydrides and oil of vitiol in the ratio of 19: 1, the solvent being CHCl3,. are used to develop the diosgenin, and spectrophotometry with the wavelength of 397 nm is used to measure the quantity of diosgenin. Diosgenin can be measured without being extracted from the plants. It is in fine linear relation when in the scope of 1 -50 mg/L.
