摘要
食品中防腐剂是为了让食品保藏比较长的时间.由于苯甲酸具有毒性小的特点,所以常用来作食品的防腐材料.研究了以高效液相色谱法快速测定食品中苯甲酸含量的方法,其检出量低,操作简单.用于对酱油等食品中防腐剂含量的测定,结果满意.
The main antiseptic addicts in fluid foods is benzophenone and its sodium salt.High performance liquid chromatography determination of benzophenone was investigated in this paper.The expertimential conditions were optimized and better detection limit was acquired.This method succeeded in determination of benzophenone in sauce made by different factory with satisfactory results.
