关注社会弱势群体是贯彻“三个代表”要求中的应有之义 ;科学界定弱势群体、分析弱势因素及人员构成、划分弱势类型是保护弱势群体的基本前提 ;政府应着力加大对弱势群体社会保障与社会支持的力度。

Since representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people is the starting point and ultimate purpose of the 'Three Represent's', Our government should ensure social vulnerable groups continued tangible economic, political and cultural benefits. At present, we should make vigorous efforts in terms of social protection and social support.
