压力容器圆筒体上大开孔补强问题的探讨

摘要 容器上开孔后,必须充分考虑开孔补强问题。介绍了等面积法和压力面积法两种开孔补强方法关于开孔补强的异同,并就其中的一些问题进行了探讨。相比之下,ASME VIII-1附录1-7的计算方法是基于弹性设计准则,其安全裕度与GB150-1998基本相当,因此采用ASME的计算方法可以保证更为安全可靠。 After vessel was opened,it must consider the opening reinforcement question fully. This article introduced two opening reinforcement method,the constant area law and the pressure area law,about the opening reinforcement′s similarities and differences,and has carried on the discussion on some questions. By contrast,ASME VIII-1 Appendix 1-7 method of calculation is based on the flexible design guidelines,and its safety margin with a basic GB150-1998. It is adopted that the method of calculating ASME can guarantee more safe and reliable.
