摘要
新一轮基础教育课程改革呼唤教师的课程意识。课程意识的内涵可以从目标意识、资源意识、过程意识以及评价意识四个重要组成部分进行分析。教师的课程意识具有鲜明的特征。课程意识是连接课程理念与课程行为的桥梁,是教师专业化发展的需要,是校本课程开发的迫切要求。重塑课程观,增强反思能力是形成课程意识的主要途径。
The new curriculum reform requires the teachers to have strong sense of curriculum.The implications of curriculum awareness can be analyzed from four aspects:aim awareness,resources awareness,process awareness,and valuation awareness.Teacher's curriculum awareness has it's representative feature.Curriculum awareness is a bridge between curriculum ideas and Curriculum behavior,is a necessity of teacher's specialization,and is an urgent requirement in the development of the school-based curriculum.Shaping teachers'curriculum ideas and strengthening teachers'reflection are two main methods.
