摘要
专业导师制度是对高职高专正常专业教学计划的一种补充与完善,在实践教学方面独具特色。对此阐述专业导师制的主要功能、实施内容、运作模式、实践效果、注意事项,以及导师应有的条件及职责。
Professional tutor system can supplement and complete specialized teaching plan of high vocational college,being unique in practice teaching.Its main function,implementation content,operating mode,practice effect and the concerns are introduced in this paper,as well as the required qualification and responsibility as a tutor.
