牙龈瓷在口腔修复中的应用

Application of gingiral procelain in repairing of mouth cavity

目的观察应用牙龈瓷模拟退缩的基牙牙龈组织和拔牙后牙槽骨严重吸收所致牙龈组织缺损的临床效果。方法应用Vita牙龈瓷比色板制作牙龈瓷,选择基牙牙龈退缩患者36例,缺牙区牙槽骨严重吸收患者20例。于修复后1d、1个月、6个月、1年进行随访,观察其修复效果。结果56例患者中,最长随访5年,最短1年,平均3年。修复成功率为94·6%。结论应用牙龈瓷能较好地模拟退缩的基牙牙龈组织和拔牙后牙槽骨严重吸收所致牙龈组织缺损,获得较为满意的美学修复效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of gingival porcelain as a substitute for the atrophic gingival tissue of the abutment and the defective gingival tissue which is the result of the severe atrophy of the alveolar bones after the tooth extraction.Methods Make gingival porcelain by applying the vita gingival porcelain colorimetric board,and choose 36 cases with atrophy of the gingival tissue of the abutment and 20 cases with severe atrophy of the alveolar bones in the toothless area,make follow-ups one day,one month,six months and one year after the repair and observe the effects.Results After making follow-ups for 1～5 years,that is for 3 years on average,we have got the result that the successful repair rate is 94.6%.Conclusion Gingival porcelain can be applied as a good substitute for the atrophic gingival tissue of the abutment and the defective gingival tissue which is the result of the severe atrophy of the alveolar bones after the tooth extraction,and with a satisfactory aesthetic repair effect.
