社区开展院前急救工作的研究

The Experience of pre-hospital rescue on the community health service center

目的探讨在社区里开展院前急救的特点与方法。方法回顾性分析协助7家社区健康服务中心实施院前急救现状、工作流程以及双向合作接诊的362例患者的状况。结果362例院前急救患者中,外伤132例,心脑血管病57例,妇产科45例,小儿急症39例,中毒35例,肿瘤晚期29例,其他25例。患者四种流向:社康中心留观44例(12·15%),运回本院213例(58·83%),转上级医院66例(18·23%),院前死亡39例(10·77%)。结论社区健康服务中心参与院前急救可显现出“快、急、合、准、畅、双”六个特点,但其最大优势是急救半径短,院前急救反应速度及到达时间完全可达到急救“黄金时间”。

Objective To investigete the characteristics and the method that the community health service center participates pre-hospital rescue.Methods We have an analysis on 362 patienrts that current characteristics and workflow of cooperating pre-hospital rescue with 7 community health service centers from in January in 2000 to December of in 2005 were reviewed.Results Among 362 pre-hospital rescue patients,132 had trauma, 57 are cardio-cerebral disease,45 are gynecological and obstetric disease,39 are child acute disease, 35 are poisoning, 29 are later period of the tumor,25 other.After pre-hospital rescue,44 patients were admitted to the community health service center (12.15%), 213 to the hospital(58.83%),66 to other hospital(18.23),and 39 were confirm to die (10.77%).Conclusion The pre-hospital rescue on community health service center have these characters: Quick、Emergency、Cooperation、Accurate、Unimpeded、Two directions and the obvions character is:the distance is short for pre-hospital rescue,and the respond speed to give pre-hospital rescue can be attain completely within emergency platinum minutes.
