摘要
目的研究黄芪多糖对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的增殖的影响。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法观察黄芪多糖对胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的抑制作用。结果黄芪多糖能抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的增殖,并呈浓度及时间依赖性。结论黄芪多糖在体外对胃癌细胞株SGC-7901细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the antir proliferation effect of Astragalus polysaccharides on the human Gastric Cancer cell line SGC-7901in vitro.Methods The inhibitory effects of Astragalus polysaccharides on growth of SGC-7901 cells was tested by the method of MTT.Results Astragalus polysaccharides inhibited the growth of the human Gastric Cancer cell line SGC-7901 in a concentration and time dependent manner.Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharides could significantly inhibit the growth of Gastric Cancer cell line SGC-7901 in vitro.
