摘要
国内许多学者从不同的研究角度提出了多种教师发展阶段理论,这对于推进我国教师职业生涯设计发展,完善一体化的教师教育制度,提高师资专业发展水平具有重要意义。
Many domestic scholars put forward a lot of theories about the stages of teachers' specialty development from different perspectives,which is significant for propelling teachers' career design development,perfecting the educational system and promoting the level of teachers' ranks development.
