On Trans-corporation's R&D Investment in China

近年来,随着经济全球化进程的加快,跨国公司对华R&D投资也呈加速化的态势。本文在分析了跨国公司对华R&D投资的现状、影响的基础上,提出了我国应对跨国公司R&D投资的若干对策。

With the development of economic globalization,the trans-corporation's R&D investment in China appears at an increasing speed during recent years.Based on the analysis of the current state and influence of the trans-corporation's R&D investment in China,this article proposes several solutions to the existing problems.
