摘要
本文选取了日本开放大学对教师严格管理的法规和相关制度,分析了我国开放教育教师管理现状,提出了加强对电大开放教育教师队伍管理是学校整体建设的主旋律,是增强电大系统综合办学实力的保证。
In the paper,the author presents the regulations and rules in management of teachers by the University of the Air Japan and analyses the teacher management status in China open education.The paper puts forward that it is the main strain as well as the guarantee for increasing the strength for systematic school-running to reinforce the management teachers for the open education in Radio & TV University.
