脑出血患者早期止血药的应用与血黏度的变化

Using hemostatic at early stage and change of haemoviscosity in cerebral hemorrhage patients

目的探讨急性脑出血患者早期用抗纤溶止血药对血黏度的影响。方法血液黏度仪毛细血管法检测59例脑出血的血黏度。结果急性脑出血患者早期用抗纤溶止血药后血黏度明显升高。结论脑出血早期慎用抗纤溶止血药,若要使用则3天内为宜。

Objective To investigate the effect of early administration of anti-fibrinolytic on haemoviscosity in acute cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods Utilizing capillary-method of haemoviscosity apparatus,we assayed the haemoviscosity of 59 cerebral hemorrhage patients.Results After early administration of anti-fibrinolytic drug, haemoviscosity increased significantly.Conclusion The anti-fibrinolytic drug should be administered warily to ear- ly cerebral hemorrhage patients and it had better be prescribed within three days after attack if necessary.
