和络舒肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎缩脾疗效观察

Curative Effect on Shrinking Spleen of Heluo Shugan Jiaonang ( Heluo Shugan Capsule) for Treatment of Chronic Type B Hepatitis

目的:对传统配方和络舒肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎及对肿大脾脏的回缩作用进行临床疗效评估。方法:采用开放式随机对照临床研究,176例患者随机分为和络舒肝胶囊治疗组74例和大黄■虫丸对照组102例,疗程3个月,随访6个月,部分病例纤维化指标进行治疗前后一次性会检。观察病人治疗前后症状、肝功能、B超下肝脾大小变化,做安全性检查。结果:和络舒肝胶囊治疗组在改善肝区痛、促进肿大的脾脏回缩等方面优于对照组,且疗效稳定(P<0.05)。在肝功能、纤维化指标的改善方面两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:和络舒肝胶囊是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的主要辅助药物,在改善肝区痛,促进肿大脾脏回缩等方面有较好的疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Heluo Shugan Jiaonang (Heluo Shugan Capsule) on shrinking splenomegaly of patients of chronic type B hepatitis.Methods: The observation was designed to be open,random and with control.The treatment group contained 74 cases that were given Heluo Shugan Jiaonang (Heluo Shugan Capsule); the control group contained 102 cases that were given Daihuang Zhechong Wan (Daihuang Zhechong pills).The course of treatment was 3 months with follow-up visit for 6 months.For some cases,the indexes of fibrosis were examined before and after treatment.The symptoms,liver function and change of size of the spleen under type-B ultrasonic as well as the safety were examined.Results: The effect of Heluo Shugan Jiaonang (Heluo Shugan Capsule) on relieving hepatalgia and shrinking splenomegaly was better than that of Daihuang Zhechong Wan (Daihuang Zhechong pills),and the effect was stable.There wasn’t significant difference in improvement of liver function and indexes of liver fibrosis between the two groups.Conclusion: Heluo Shugan Jiaonang (Heluo Shugan Capsule) is the main ancillary drug for the treatment of chronic type B hepatitis,which has good effect especially on relieving hepatalgia and shrinking splenomegaly.
