Rural Tourism and Formulation of Systems:A Case Study of the Tourism Cooperative of Meiquan Village,Yulong County

在叙述美泉村旅游合作社产生发展历程,介绍合作社管理机制的基础上,分析了旅游开发以来该村的社会文化变迁。认为制度建构对于乡村旅游发展具有十分重要的意义。由村民们经过不断调适而产生的合适的制度安排,不仅具有产权维护、风险规避以及降低交易成本,从而保障经济利益增加的作用,而且也起到了减少矛盾,实现社会和谐发展的积极作用。

This paper describes the development process of the tourism cooperative of Meiquan Village and its management mechanism,and then analyzes the social and cultural changes that have taken place since the establishment of the tourism cooperative.
