摘要
目的:探讨应用照相手机对面部痤疮严重性进行远程分级的可行性。方法:由3名皮肤科医生以痤疮的严重级别为指标分别评估80例面部痤疮患者,其中1名医生进行面对面评估,其他2名医生进行远程评估。然后统计分析3名医生评估结果之间的一致性。结果:3名医生对80例痤疮患者严重性分级完全一致、部分一致和完全不一致的病例数分别为46例(57.5%)、30例(37.5%)和4例(5.0%)。远程医生和面对面医生对痤疮严重性评估的一致性以及远程医生和远程医生对痤疮严重性评估的一致性(κ)分别为0.602(95%CI0.443～0.753)、0.460(95%CI0.303～0.612)和0.546(95%CI0.405～0.687)(P均<0.001)。结论:应用照相手机对痤疮严重程度进行远程分级是可行的。
