摘要
瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统中,控制精度的提高与控制策略的选取密切相关。本文在对横切机交流伺服控制系统进行数学建模基础上,采用模糊PID控制,利用Matlab进行仿真。仿真结果表明:采用模糊PID控制构成的系统响应速度快,基本无超调,有较好的速度跟随特性和抗干扰特性,能满足横切机控制要求。
Control precision enhancement is closely related to control strategy in corrugated cardboard crosscut machine control system. This paper uses the fuzzy PID control on the basis of mathematics modelling to the corrugated cardboard crosscut machine control system and emulate by Matlab.
