摘要
细胞、生物材料制备的细胞支架,以及组织和器官的构建是组织工程的三大要素。理想的细胞支架应具有一定的生物降解速度、良好的细胞亲和性、呈特定的三维多孔结构,且含有可控制释放的生长因子。本文介绍了在组织工程细胞支架用生物材料合成和改性、细胞支架构建、细胞支架表面改性、生长因子控制释放以及所研制的细胞支架在皮肤、骨、软骨、神经修复等组织工程研究方面的最新进展和相关技术。
Cell, biomaterial prepared cells scaffold and formation of tissues and organs are three main factors for the tissue engineering. For an ideal cells scaffold,it has to possess certain biodegradation rate, good cells affinity, three dimension of multi- porous structure, as well as included controllable released growth factor.In the present paper,the techniques, which related to synthesis and modification of cells scaffold using biomaterial, to the surface modification of scaffold, to the construction of cells scaffold, as well as to the controlled release of growth factor, were described. On the other hand, the new progress of researches on tissue engineering of skin, bone, cartilage and nerve recovery was also introduced.
