汉防己甲素对瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察汉防己甲素对瘢痕成纤维细胞生长的作用。方法取第6~11代体外培养增生性瘢痕的成纤维细胞,经不同浓度的汉防己甲素作用后,用MTT法测定对瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖能力的影响,用LDH法测定药物对细胞的毒性作用。结果经汉防己甲素作用后,细胞的增殖活力下降,而且随药物浓度的增高,细胞活力逐渐下降,药物浓度在80mg/L的情况下,对细胞没有毒性作用。结论汉防己甲素可以抑制成纤维细胞的增殖,可能对增生性瘢痕有预防和治疗的作用。 Objective To observe the effects of tetrandrin e on proliferation of fibroblasts derived from hypertrophic scar.Method Cul-turing fibroblasts with different c oncentration solution of tetrandrine ,then observe the proliferative c apability by MTT,and its toxicity to the fibroblasts.Result Tetrandine can inhibit proliferati ve capability of fibroblasts derived from hypertrophic scar ,and has no t oxicity to it when concentration is below 80mg /L.Conclusion Because fibroblasts have the predom inant role in the hypertrophic scar,and tetrandrine can inhibit the proliferative capability of them,so it may have a good effect on the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scar.
