摘要 目的 观察不同种透析膜对维持性血液透析患者血磷的清除效果。方法 对我院14例高磷血症患者分别采用铜仿膜、血仿膜、三氯醋酸纤维素膜、双氯醋酸纤维素膜、高通量聚砜膜透析器透析,比较透析前后血磷水平。结果 采用血仿膜透析血磷下降幅度最大;透析后血磷水平升高,48小时接近血透前水平。结论 血仿膜有较好清除磷的效果。 Objective To observe the effect of different dialysis membranes on blood phosphate level in hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods 14 hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia were given hemodialysis treatment with the hemophane membrane, cuprophane membrane, trichloroacetate cellulose membrane, bichloroacetate cellulose membrane and polysulfon membrane (F60) respectively. The blood phosphate levels of the patients were detected at the beginning and end time of the hemodialysis. Results The blood phosphate levels were significantly lower in the patients with the hemophane membrane treatment than those of the others, and it restored to that of pre- dialysis 48h after hemodialysis. Conclusions In order to control the blood phosphate level, hemodialysis with the hemophane membrane and lower phosphate diet are one of the satisfactory approaches.
