论国际贸易中的贸易技术壁垒——兼谈我国农产品贸易的应对

On Technical Barriers of Trade in lnternational Trade Reply of China's Agricultural Products Trade

随着开放式贸易保护主义的兴起 ,TBT已成为国际贸易中重要的非关税壁垒之一。在国际贸易中TBT有自己独特的表现形式和特征 ,TBT已给我国农产品贸易带来了严重的负面影响。针对这种情况应该从对农产品进行深加工、发展绿色农业、加强农产品品牌建设等几个方面加以应对。

With the development of open trade protectionism, TBT is becoming one of the most important non-tariff barriers in international trade. Today TBT has brought bad effects on China's agricultural produce trade. Reply measures should be tackled from the flowing aspects: improving foodprocessing,developing greenagriculture and constructing brands of agricultural produce.
