Analysis on the Relationship Between Distribution According to Work and That According to Productive Essential Factor

按劳分配与按生产要素分配不应是并列的两种分配方式，而应是分配原则与其实现形式之间的关系。马克思的按劳分配理论只是提出了社会主义的分配原则，而实现形式问题在社会主义实践中并没有得到很好解决；在社会主义市场经济条件下，大部分生产要素参与收益分配，都可以表现为按劳分配的实现形式；随着知识经济时代的到来，按生产要素分配作为按劳分配的实现形式将表现得更为普遍和充分。
