摘要 海洋微生物包括海洋细菌、海洋真菌和海洋放线菌,其种类约为陆生微生物的20倍以上。海洋微生物由于其特殊的生仔境(高盐、高压、低温、低光照和寡营养),从而可合成一些结构新颖的抗生素,这是陆生微生物所不具备的。从海洋微生物中筛选新抗生素,实际上是由陆生资源发掘向整个自然界的延伸,因此,开发海洋微生物资源并从中筛选出有效的新抗生素具有重要的意义。 Marine microorganisms include marine bacteria, fugi and actinomycetes, and their numbers are more than 20-fold of the land ones. Since the specific living enviroment such as high cencentration of salt, high pressure, lower temperature, lack of light and nutrients, marine microorganisms synthesize some distinct antibiotics in structures from those derived from the land. To screen the novel antibiotics from marine microorganisms is acturally to exploit the new resources extending from the land to ocean. Therefore it has received widespread attention from most countries of the world.
