由于半导体激光器在光电转换效率、输出功率、使用寿命等方面的优势,在工业加工领域具有广泛的应用前景,是目前国际上激光加工技术领域研究的热点之一。丈申介绍了半导体激光加工技术的优点、现状及发展趋势。
Laser diode has incited particular interest as opto-electronic conversion efficiencies,output power and lifetime for a variety of applications in industry processing.In this paper,advantages and state of laser diode in processing are presented,the future trend of laser diodes in processing is predicted.
