摘要 加速试验是使产品比平时更频繁地使用或在比通常更高的应力水平下工作 ,以在更短的时间内获得其寿命信息。然后 ,通过合适的统计模型 ,对正常条件下的产品寿命或性能进行预测。根据实践中遇到的一些问题及对这些问题的分析和总结发现 ,使用加速试验进行可靠性预测是有局限性的 ,会产生一些误区。本文旨在提醒试验使用者注意这些误区 ,以免得出错误的结论。 Accelerated tests are used to obtain information of product-life in a shorter time by using test samples more frequently than usual or subjecting them to higher than usual levels of stress like temperature & voltage. Then through an appropriate statistical model, we can make predictions about product life or performance at the normal conditions. Seen from the problems arising in practices and the analysis and summary to these problems, accelerated testing has limits to reliability prediction. The extrapolative predictions using accelerated testing has some pitfalls. This paper warns test-users about some of these pitfalls of drawing wrong conclusions.
