摘要
对济钢生产的 16Mn R系列钢板的金相组织进行了分析研究。评定了铁素体 -珠光体带状组织的级别 ,测定了其成分及铁素体 -珠光体带间距 ,分析了带状组织形成的原因 。
The microstructures of 16MnR plates produced by Jigang are analyzed, the levels of Ferrite Pearlite (F P) banded structure are assessed, the compositions of the banded structure and the F P spacing are determined, and the reasons of forming banded structure are analyzed. The results show that microalloying and controlled rolling and controlled cooling are effective measures of eliminating banded structure.
