摘要
制备了一种以纳米ATO导电粉为填料,醇酸树脂为基体的复合型导电涂料,讨论了ATO的含量、偶 联剂种类、固化工艺以及溶剂对涂层导电性能的影响.结果表明,加入60%-65%纳米ATO导电粉,选择钛酸 酯偶联剂NTC-401,以5%的用量预处理粉体填料,涂层在50℃的温度下2d后完全固化,涂料的导电性能较好, 表面电阻率为103 Ω·cm-2.
A kind of alkyd resin based antistatic coatings filled with nano-ATO powders was prepared, and the influences of the amount of conductive fillers, type of coupling agent, and curing technology on the conductivity of the coatings were discussed. The results show that the antistatic paints will has good properties and surface resistivity of 103 Ω·cm-2 with 60%-65% of nano ATO powders, 5% of coupling agent NTC-401.The optimized curing temperature and time was 50℃ for 2 days.
