文章指出我国现阶段的因特网用户、网络基础设施等为构建我国数字图书馆提供了基础准备。

In this paper the author points out that the users and the basic equipments of the Internet in our country at present have laid the foundation for the construction of the digital library.The types and forms of documents will play some important roles in the constitution of the digital library.
