摘要
环境温度变化将导致光学镜内的温度分布发生变化,文章分析了光学镜内不同的温度分布对其面形造成的危害,以及对光学系统成像质量的影响,对空间光学系统光学镜温度场设计具有一定参考价值。
Temperature distribution in mirrors can be changed by surrounding temperature variation, and the distortion of mirrors is caused by nonuniform temperature distribution. In this paper, the deformation of mirrors induced by different temperature gradient in mirrors is discussed, and the harms to optical quality of optical system are analyzed.
