摘要
文章阐述了复合材料胶接接头的力学特性;针对单搭接管接头进行了有限元建模;在线弹性分析的基础上,考虑胶层弹塑性特性而进行了非线性分析,得出接头的位移场和各部分的3D应力场;通过初步试验,验证了分析的正确性。分析结果对复合材料胶接接头强度校核及设计改进有指导作用。
The mechanical properties of adhesive bonded joint are discussed in this paper.The finite element model of a single-lap pipe joint is established.First,it is assumed that the adhesive layer is of a linear elastic material and then we take into account the typical elastic-plastic behavior of the adhesive.The results obtained include the displacement field along the joint,peeling and the shear stresses in the adhesive and adhered layers.The finite element model and the analysis are verified by test.The result...
