摘要
西方国家对于职业指导的理论研究,使职业指导的目标、形态与功能进一步拓展与延伸。本文通过考察西方国家职业指导理论的发展趋向,认为当前高校就业指导需要确立新的目标和理念。
The research of employment guidance theory in westem countries has broadened and extended the scope of the objective, form and function of the employment guidance. By observing the trend of the development in the employment guidance theory, the author holds that the new objective and notion of employment guidance should be established in the Chinese universities.
