摘要
高质、高效的教育,必须依靠高素质的教师。心里健康是新时代对教师素质的最基本的要求,只有心理健康的教师才能培养出心理健康、个性鲜明的学生。高素质教师源起于个体心理健康,因此加强教师的心理健康教育十分重要。
High quality and efficient education relies on high-quality teachers. It is vital important to strengthen psychological health education to teachers as students with psychological health and vivid personality can be cultivated by no other than teachers with psychological health.
