以饭店实习中的个案看高职院校职业道德教育

高职院校学生的实习过程,不仅是对专业技能教学的检验,而且还是对学生的思想道德素质的考核,它直接反映出学生的综合素质和整体的教学效果。本文通过对饭店实习中的个案,分析了高职院校职业道德教育存在的不足,重点对高等职业教育如何加强职业道德教育进行了思考和探索。

The practice prcess of higher vocational schools students is not only the examination to professional skill teaching,but also the check to students moral quality.It directly reflects students whole comprehensive ability and the whole teaching effects.This article,through the special cases during the practice,analyses the shorts of vocational moral education in higher vocational school,and mainly thinks over how to enhance the vocational moral education in higher vocational education.
