界首市2005～2008年中学生艾滋病相关知识调查结果分析

Changes of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among middle school students in Jieshou from 2005 to 2008

目的了解中学生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,为后期项目活动提供依据。方法收集与分析界首市连续4年艾滋病防治知识专项调查中2 588名中学生艾滋病防治知识的调查结果。结果中学生艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率2005、2006、2007、2008年分别为80.89%、87.71%、90.80%与93.92%,无偿献血知识知晓率2006、2008年分别为61.85%与88.40%。结论界首市中学生艾滋病及无偿献血知识知晓率逐年上升,但与《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划(2006～2010年)》中所要求的"2010年校内青少年艾滋病知识、无偿献血知识知晓率达到95%"的目标仍有一定差距,中学生艾滋病防治知识宣传力度仍需进一步加大。

Objective To identify the changes of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among middle school students in Jieshou during four years from 2005 to 2008 and provide a foundation for further intervention.Methods 2 588 middle school students were investigated in the a foundation four consecutive four consecutive years from 2005 to 2008.Results The average awareness rates of AIDS knowledge of secondary school students during the four years were 80.89%,87.71%,90.80%,and 93.92%,respectively.The awareness rates of knowledge about non-remunerated blood donation in 2006 and 2008 were 61.85% and 88.40%,respectively.Conclusion The awareness rates of AIDS related knowledge among middle school students in Jieshou have been enhanced in the past four years,but there still exists a certain gap from goals spcified in 'China Containment and Plan of Action to Combat AIDS(2006-2010)'.Further education for this population is therefore needed.
