京万红软膏联合蛋清和蜂蜜治疗重度压疮疗效分析

Analysis on curative effect of Jing Wan Hong combined with egg white and honey for severe pressure ulcers

目的探讨京万红软膏联合蛋清和蜂蜜治疗重度压疮的疗效,寻找重度压疮的最佳治疗方法。方法将66例溃疡期(Ⅲ-Ⅳ度)压疮患者按照发生压疮时间的先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组根据压疮的溃疡程度分别用京万红软膏和蛋清加蜂蜜进行护理。对照组采用常规换药和局部使用利福平粉进行护理。分别观察两组创面愈合的程度及时间。结果治疗组总有效率、创面愈合时间和压疮愈合情况均显著好于对照组(P分别<0.01、0.05和0.01)。结论京万红软膏联合蛋清和蜂蜜治疗溃疡期压疮,创面愈合快,且成本低,易操作。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Jin Wan Hong ointment combined with egg white and honey for severe pressure ulcers.Methods 66 cases of severe pressure ulcer(Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees) were divided into treatment and control groups,according to the order of pressure ulcer that occurred.In treatment group,Jing Wan Hong was used according to degree of the pressure ulcers by adding combined egg white and honey for nursing.In control group,rifabutin powder was locally used with conventional care.Both groups were respectively observed for wound healing and its time.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group of wound healing time and pressure ulcer healing was significantly higher than that in the control group(respectively P<0.01,0.05 and 0.01).Conclusion The treatment with Jing Wan Hong ointment combined with honey and egg white for pressure ulcer on ulcer stage is fast in wlcer wound healing and easy to operate,at a low cost.
