表面活性剂—微波协同提取灯心草总黄酮的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究微波技术与表面活性剂的乙醇水溶液协同提取灯心草总黄酮,确定椰油酰基二乙醇胺(6501)为灯心草总黄酮提取的最佳表面活性剂,通过平行和正交实验对微波技术-表面活性剂协同提取灯心草总黄酮的新工艺进行研究。结果表明:原料0·500g灯心草干粉,0·04%的表面活性剂6501加到55%乙醇水溶液作为提取剂,提取剂用量为1:40(g/mL),微波功率为464W,提取时间为350s,提取次数2为最佳的提取工艺,得到各因子中微波功率对提取率的影响最大。通过对比实验得到:与溶剂浸提法相比,同样是溶剂浸提法2h,加了表面活性剂后,灯心草总黄酮的提取率从59%提高到74%。若采用微波技术与表面活性剂提取灯心草总黄酮的提取时间由2h缩短为350s,但提取率从59%提高到91%。表面活性剂-微波协同提取灯心草总黄酮具有省时、高效、节能等优点。所得的黄酮安全无毒,可广泛用于食品、化妆品和保健品等行业,具有较好的市场前景,值得推广应用。 Study on the optimum conditions:with surfactant assisted microwave extraction of the flavonoids from juncos effuses L,and make certain it's established as follows:Coconutt Diethanol Amide (6501) to rush the best of total flavonoids extracted from surface-active agent.With surfactant assisted microwave extraction of the flavonoids from juncos effuses L,through balance and orthogonal tests to find the best adsorption conditions:Raw material 0.500g frail dried noodles,the extractant is 0.04% 6501-55% ethyl alc...
