摘要
采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定了灵芝多糖的含量,并对灵芝多糖含量的不确定进行了评定。分析了测量不确定度分量的主要来源,对各不确定度分量进行了评定和计算。结果表明,灵芝多糖含量在10～60mg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=8.7721c+0.0187,相关系数为0.9981。当灵芝多糖含量为1.13%时,其测量结果的扩展不确定度U=0.05%(k=2)。
