摘要
田头菇属(Agrocybe)是一种近年新开发的珍稀食用菌,它既有很高的商品价值,又有很重要的理论研究价值,并以其独特的风味、丰富的营养及特殊的药用价值,受到越来越多的关注。将田头菇属真菌的生物学、遗传学等国内外的研究成果进行了综述,为对其做进一步研究提供理论依据。
Agrocybe is a new developed edible fungi in recent years,which had very high commercial value as well as important value of theoretical research.And the research advances were focused on its unique taste,rich nutrition and special medicinal value of Agrocybe.This article is aimed at making a review for the results of biology,genetics and other research on Agrocybe.
