摘要
实验教师队伍定位与建设是目前独立学院亟待解决的课题。指明了独立学院实验教师队伍的定位,给出了加强实验教师队伍建设的具体举措,强调了加强实验教师队伍建设对独立学院发展的重要性。
At present,it is the issue of positioning and construction about experimental teachers in independent colleges that should be taken into consideration urgently.This paper pointed out the positioning of experimental teachers in independent colleges,provided suggestions of readjusting experimental teachers construction,and emphasized the importance of promoting experimental teachers construction in independent colleges.
