摘要
利用生物信息学方法从玉米的基因组中鉴定出10个CBL基因,并对这些基因的染色体分布、进化、蛋白基序、顺式反应元件进行了系统分析。结果表明,玉米的CBL基因分为3个不同的进化类群,在基因组中的分布是不均匀的,而且都含有响应逆境信号的不同顺式反应元件。玉米CBL基因预测编码的蛋白都含有3个EF-手型结构,而且被预测定位在不同的细胞组分中。说明它们可能参与玉米的逆境响应过程,而且在功能上各不相同。
