Cold Storing Air-condition and Controlling Electrical Apex Area

摘要 该文由当前电力供需的矛盾入手,分析调峰的方式,指出从需求方移峰填谷比单纯增加峰期发电更为经济,提出蓄冷空调是电网移峰填谷的一个十分有效的手段,应从宏观上制定有利于用户使用谷期电的电价制度,同时应大力推广蓄冷技术。 The paper begins with the electricity illogicality between the electrical provision and need. The authors analyze the controlling method of the apex area, and show that it is more economical to move the apex area from the needing position to reinforce the lowest area than to prolong the period of the apex area. They give the view that it is an efficient way to use cold storing air-condition to realize the removal the apex to reinforce the lowest area. We should set up the macroscopical electrical price system to make people to use lowest period electricity, and we also should popularize the technology of cold storing air-conditon.
