摘要
青藏高原特殊的自然环境与生态系统对全球变化极为敏感。气候变暖背景下,冰川冻土退化直接影响该区域生态与环境安全及可持续发展,影响着该区域作为生态安全屏障功能的发挥。在多年连续观测、考察与实验研究的基础上,提出了建立冰川湖、泥石流滑坡、冻土退化的监测预警系统以及进行灾害防治措施研究示范的对策。
