摘要
中国旅游市场孕育着巨大的商机,CS营销战略越来越引起旅游企业的重视。该文通过对旅游企业"CS"营销理念在企业的价值观、企业的中心、企业的营销中心方面缺失的分析,提出了旅游企业的"CS"营销战略实施的方法,提出旅游企业的理念、行为、形象都必须以旅游消费者的满意为出发点和归宿点,指出旅游企业实施CS战略是现代营销的趋势,是明智之举。
