摘要
微生物来源的免疫抑制剂因免疫抑制活性高,毒性及不良反应小而受到医药学研究及临床的日益关注。市场需求的增加带来了生产及临床上的诸多问题,对此类药物生物合成基因簇的研究是解决这些问题的创新性且具潜力的方法。本文综述目前临床用微生物来源的免疫抑制剂生物合成基因簇的研究价值及意义、研究历史、常用研究方法及应用前景。
