摘要
中小学数学教学既有传承人类主流、基础性的数学知识、方法、精神、文化等的功能与任务,更具有训练与培养受教育者的采集、解读、推演、表达和验证信息的能力与素质的功能与任务.在数学教育教学中,既要注重数学知识、方法精神、文化的传承等传知功能,更要注重数学教育教学的育人功能.在素质教育中,数学教育教学应更加自觉地承担起对人的采集、解读、推演、表达和验证信息的能力与素质的培养与熏陶的使命和职责.
The teaching of mathematics in primary and middle schools was responsible not only for imparting to the educated basic and mainstream knowledge of the methodology,spirit and culture of mathematics,but also for fostering the capacity of collecting,analyzing and understanding,deducing,expressing and proving(mathematics) information.
