摘要
现代高校图书馆的全开放模式在某种程度上为读者利用图书馆、查找馆藏资源带来不便。相对于数字参考咨询方式,到馆读者仍然更倾向于通过面对面咨询来与咨询馆员及时沟通并得到现场帮助。因此,高校图书馆应普遍设立咨询台、运用新技术手段、建立多层次参考服务体系、加强馆员培训,以强化现代高校图书馆到馆咨询服务。
