摘要
建立了基质固相分散-气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器同时检测甘蔗中7种三嗪类除草剂(西玛津、莠去津、特丁津、西草净、阿灭净、扑草净、特丁净)残留量的方法。甘蔗样品经弗罗里硅土研磨均匀后,石墨化碳黑净化,无水硫酸钠脱水,乙腈淋洗,旋蒸浓缩后用气相色谱检测。7种除草剂在0.5~10.0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数在0.9964~0.9992之间;7种除草剂的检测限为0.01~0.04mg/Kg,样品的添加回收率为82.2%~93.4%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~7.2%。
